How can I return an online order?

Eden gems and Adda's highest priority is customer satisfaction. You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt (except for gift cards). To return an order, proceed as follows:

Package the item(s) to return in the original packaging, using the original packaging materials.

Fill out the return form and attach it to the purchased items. Include the number of the returned items and the reason for the return. It is very important that the return form is attached directly to the package so that we can process the return.

Return the package.

Keep your return postage receipt.

Please allow approximately 14 business days for returns to be processed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a return confirmation email and the refund will be processed. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. You can track the returned package via the link provided by the carrier.

Can I exchange the goods?

Goods cannot be returned in the form of compensation or exchange for others.

Goods that you no longer want must be returned according to the normal procedure according to the rules for returning goods.

Create a new online order for the correct item you are interested in.

Can I return sale items?

Our return policy applies to all items (excluding gift cards), including sale and promotion items.

How to return kits and sets

If the goods arrive in one box as a so-called "regular set", only the complete set can be returned, not just some items from it. Eden gems does not accept individual items from the regular set for return. Will only accept complete regular set for return.

For sets purchased as part of a promotional package where you have taken advantage of a promotion or discount for the purchase of one or more items (eg buy 3 products and save 10% off the price of each item, or when a certain discount applies to each product purchased), you can individually return those items that you also purchased individually. However, if you wish to return any items purchased in a discount package, please note that Eden gems will adjust the promotional prices by charging you the regular price for the other items in that discount package. From the amount that will be refunded to you (ie the discounted price paid for the item(s) of the package that you returned), Eden gems will deduct the difference between the regular and reduced price of the remaining items in the package that you keep.
